Our work

We are dedicated to supporting and connecting young hydrologists across Greece through a variety of initiatives.  Throughout the year, we host workshops, conferences, and seminars that feature presentations from young researchers, academics, and professionals, allowing for the exchange of ideas and discussions on the future of the water related sciences.

Our presence at national and international conferences helps to promote our activities and strengthen ties with the global YHS community, enhancing our visibility and influence in the field.

We are also committed to educational outreach, organizing info days and seminars for students to raise awareness about hydrology and promote it as a field of study and career path, by collaborating with researchers from various Greek universities. We make hydrology fun and accessible to younger audiences through educational programs and hands-on experiments in an interactive and enjoyable way. 

In addition, we offer mentoring program that connects young hydrologists with experienced professionals and academics providing guidance on career planning, scholarship opportunities, and professional development. Our mentoring initiative is designed to help the next generation of hydrologists navigate their careers with confidence and success.
