About us
We are a dynamic and inclusive community of young hydrologists in Greece, united by our passion for hydrology and water resources. Our mission is to bring together young researchers professionals and students from various backgrounds and disciplines, such as hydrology, engineering, and environmental sciences. By creating a platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing, we hope to stimulate innovation and advance the field of hydrology in Greece, while also fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange and providing professional development opportunities.
Our work
The Greek branch of the Young Hydrologic Society YHS is bringing together young Greek hydrologists while fostering collaboration and providing professional development opportunities. Through a diverse and interdisciplinary set of activities that includes the organization of national workshops, seminars, educational outreach programs, as well as other online and on-site initiatives, we aim towards making the field of hydrology accessible and impactful to both our members and the broader Greek community.
